The South Jakarta Mayor Munjirin received a High Compliance Predicate Award for the 2021 Public Service Standard Compliance Assessment from Ombudsman.

Ombudsman gave an award to the South Jakarta Government which managed to get a score of 86.96 for an assessment of public service standard compliance.
"South Jakarta Government enters the green zone for the result of public service standards compliance," he said, Tuesday (19/4).

"This award encourages South Jakarta Government to continuously improve public services. Hopefully, in 2022, we can rise with mutual determination," he said.
According to him, the compliance assessment of public service providers is carried out based on Ombudsman Regulation No. 22/2016 on Public Service Standard Compliance Assessment.
"Assessment is needed for improvement and refinement of public service policies to prevent maladministration in local government," he said.
